SAK Flash Media Center Updated

Our signature Flash Media Center has been spruced up under the hood for a sharper performance curve. The following updates have been made:

Full screen mode toggle
Speed increase: decreased load time by 50%
Added javascript external interface for saving video playback settings on the client side
Added flexibility for simpler customizations per site deployment

At the current moment, the SAK Media Center is essentially a video player. We are currently developing this flash component for the web with more control skins/designs, and into a full blown media player for playback and site management for various media types, including pictures, audio, and general text.

Our goal with this web application is to deliver as much media as quickly and easily as possible and with the smallest possible footprint, yet at the same time, deliver the media in fine style.

PowerNail contracts SAK for instructional dvd

Existing client POWERNAIL COMPANY, Lake Zurich IL, has contracted SAK to produce an advanced training video/DVD on ‘How to install a hardwood floor with their PowerNail. The video has been staged and shot with National Trainer in set on location and is now in post-production stage. Powernail has been a long-term client with SAK providing video production for product training.

SUZO HAPP GROUP, Elk Grove IL, has contracted SAK to produce a new Corporate Promotional/Image Video for distribution in DVD/Web and a Showstopper Trade Show DVD. In post-production stage, with SAK’s Steve Kalsow providing the voice over.

SAVE Corporation new wesite launched

Check out our newly created website for our Florida based client, SAVE CORPORATION,www.911simulators.com. It provides an example of our Design/Develop/Produce capabilities with fast, easy access menus, flash media player for promotional videos, region based national sales force contact info/email links, and ‘Share’ button. SAK has previously produced 3 promotional videos and 2 CD Brochures with video for Educational and Public Safety Markets.

SAK CMS Implements MT4 Blogging Engine

SAK is working on many new features/tools for easiest/fastest possible website development/management. At the foundation of this concept lies our CMS engine. We are working on extending our CMS engine to easily envolop blogs/news feeds into the sites we build. SAK chose to use Movable Type as the blogging engine for it's stability and extendability. With this complete, all sites we build include a blog for any purpose, built right into the website to keep the site users' experience as seemless as possible. Blogging features include comments, trackbacks, categories, tags, keywords, atom/rss/rdf/podcast feeds, feed publicity, blog sitemaps, archives, and with our CMS integration, styles that fit precisely into your website's theme.

The SAK News & Updates section of our site is still under construction, but we feel it is complete enough to demonstrate our capability to tightly integrate a weblog into a website, but expect more features in the near future, not only on the News section of our site, but on the rest of the site which is currently looking foward to a new Media Center for easy Case Study browsing. SUZO HAPP, SAVE CORP, ELGILOY

SAK was chosen as the Media Company to produce new corporate Video project for SUZO HAPP Group, Elk Grove Village IL. With the merger of two companies, corporate management needed a new image/capabilities video to promote their products and services to the global marketplace.

SAK has completed the 2^ndPromotional CD Flash Brochure with Product Video for the SAVE Corporation, targeted to the Law Enforcement Market. We are now working on a new website with videos [that we have produced] and flash banner and main menu elements. This website will create a new image by incorporating the branding essentials presented in the Promotional CDs and Videos.

Long term client, Elgiloy LTD, who has utilized SAK for Promotional Video for the past 15 years, and who relied SAK to produce a Promotional CD Brochure in English, Japanese and Chinese, is upgrading their facility and will use SAK to upgrade their CDs and Videos when new equipment is installed.
